White Stag began with a shared vision shaped by two different journeys, a lifetime of service, and a personal understanding of the challenges of property ownership.
Our experiences in military service, law enforcement, business leadership, and managing our own properties taught us that trust is earned through integrity, accountability, and consistently following through on your word.
Having experienced the challenges of managing property from a distance, we recognized a need for something beyond conventional property management and a basic home-watch check. Owners needed someone who would understand the property as a whole, document what they see, communicate clearly, and take personal responsibility for the commitments they make.
That understanding became the foundation of White Stag Remote Asset Management and the way we approach property oversight throughout North Idaho.
Our name carries special meaning. Inspired by the white stag of Hungarian folklore, it represents guidance, perseverance, and new beginnings—ideas that reflect our shared purpose and the company we are committed to building.
For us, stewardship is personal. It means respecting the property, building lasting relationships, and earning the confidence of the people who entrust us with what they have worked hard to build.

We built White Stag around backgrounds in military service, law enforcement, business leadership, property ownership, and a shared belief that trust has to be earned through consistency and follow-through.
Attila Iklady
Co-FounderBorn in Hungary and raised in the United States, Attila developed an early appreciation for adaptability, hard work, and building trust through action.
He served in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Infantry before building a career centered on business leadership, client relationships, problem-solving, and service.
His connection to White Stag’s mission became personal after owning property in North Idaho and experiencing the challenge of staying informed when he could not always be there himself.
Today, he calls the Coeur d’Alene area home and brings that owner’s perspective to how we approach property oversight, communication, and accountability.
Karlan Bennett
Co-FounderKarlan retired as a law enforcement Lieutenant after a 30-year career built around public service, responsibility, sound judgment, and accountability.
Over the years, he became the person family and friends relied on when they needed a dependable hand, someone to check on a property, or someone they could trust to follow through.
Those same principles carry directly into White Stag: show up, pay attention, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the work entrusted to you.
North Idaho is home, and his connection to the region, outdoor lifestyle, and local community remains central to how we serve property owners throughout the area.
North Idaho, With Select Extended-Area Service.
Our primary service area is North Idaho, centered around Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding Panhandle communities.
Depending on the property, access, scope, and scheduling, we may also support more remote North Idaho locations and select properties near the Idaho border in Eastern Washington and Western Montana.
Because many of the properties we oversee are rural or remote, availability is based on actual travel distance, access conditions, visit frequency, and the agreed inspection scope rather than city limits alone.
