No two properties require exactly the same oversight. Scout, Sentinel, and Guardian establish the general depth of service, but individual inspection points can be added, removed, or adjusted to reflect your property and priorities.
Secure, Authorized Access
Interior oversight is available when you want it and when authorized access is provided. We can work with lockboxes, smart locks, access codes, key-holder arrangements, or other approved entry methods to support consistent inspections without requiring you to be onsite.
Practical Oversight, Not Unnecessary Complexity
Our interior, utility, and mechanical observations are designed to give you useful visibility into the property without overcomplicating the process. We document visible conditions, basic serviceability, and changes that may require further attention, then clearly identify when a licensed professional should be involved.
