Every property presents different access concerns, structures, seasonal risks, and ownership goals.
Our plans give remote owners a practical way to document visible conditions, track changes, and stay connected to properties they cannot always see themselves.
Your property is here. You are not. That gap needs a plan.
Gates get damaged, access roads wash out, trees come down, storm damage sits unnoticed, and small maintenance concerns can become expensive when nobody is documenting the property between visits.
White Stag provides scheduled property visits, visual condition documentation, photo reporting, and owner follow-up so remote owners have a clearer record of what is happening on their property.
Every plan includes photo documentation, a full written report, and owner follow-up for noted concerns. The difference is the scope and depth of the property check.
Start with a Baseline Assessment. It uses the same Scout, Sentinel, or Guardian service levels, but is completed once instead of on a recurring schedule. It is useful for sight-unseen property evaluations, out-of-state buyers before or after closing, annual assessments, or owners who want a documented condition snapshot.
The plan level determines how much of the property is checked. The reporting standard stays consistent across Scout, Sentinel, and Guardian.
All plans include photo documentation, a full written report, and owner follow-up for noted concerns. Higher-tier plans do not receive a better report. They receive a report covering more areas because more items are checked during the visit.
The plan level determines how much of the property is checked during each visit. As the plan increases, the visit includes more areas, more visible components, and more detailed condition documentation.

View Property Oversight FAQEvery scheduled visit includes photo documentation and a full written report. The goal is simple: give owners a clear record of what was checked, what was observed, and what may need attention.
Ongoing plans build visit-to-visit property history over time, helping owners track visible changes, recurring concerns, deferred maintenance items, and seasonal conditions.
Ongoing plans can be adjusted based on how often the property needs to be checked. Common visit frequencies include quarterly, monthly, twice monthly, or weekly.
Pricing is adjusted based on the selected plan level, visit frequency, property location, property complexity, access conditions, and Add-On services.
Some owners need support beyond the standard visit scope. Add-On services may include contractor or project visibility, extra storm-response visits, vendor coordination, repair follow-up, or owner representative support.
These services are scoped separately so owners only pay for the additional support they actually need.
Every property is different. Request a call and we’ll talk through your property type, access, structures, location, and the level of oversight that makes sense.
